In this Construction Estimator opportunity, you'll help shape bids for work including site civil, concrete, footings, slab-on-grade, curbs, asphalt, and paving, with a team culture built on strong tenure and long-term stability. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include: 2-4+ years of relevant estimating experience (civil estimating can be taught to candidates with transferable estimating experience) Relevant experience for building estimating candidates Ability to estimate site civil and concrete-focused scope, including footings, slab-on-grade, curbs, asphalt, and paving Primarily office-based schedule (remote work only for emergencies, no standard hybrid schedule) Work on a variety of project sizes with limited vertical construction Employee-owned environment with a strong focus on delivering quality

Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
