Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms. Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate project cost estimates. Implement cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maintain budget compliance. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met. Use software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for project management, documentation, and collaboration. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and upper management. Foster a collaborative work environment among team members and subcontractors. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Proficiency in construction estimating and cost control practices with Xactimate. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work on a construction site environment while adhering to safety protocols. $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
