Contract Estimator for residential repair and remodeling projects throughout the Knoxville area. We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, self-motivated, and confident in creating accurate estimates while helping clients through the sales process. Responsibilities Meet with customers on-site Create detailed scopes of work and estimates Build accurate project pricing and material takeoffs Communicate with customers throughout the estimating process Coordinate with subcontractors and project managers Follow up on estimates and help close projects Projects may include: Kitchens & bathrooms Basements Flooring Drywall & paint Decks & exterior repairs General remodeling and repairs Requirements Experience estimating residential construction or remodel projects Strong knowledge of residential construction Professional communication skills Detail-oriented and dependable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:
