• $145,000 Base Salary We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established Florida General Contractor specializing in a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, retail, and big box construction projects throughout the state.

Responsibilities Prepare accurate conceptual and detailed construction estimates Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Develop budgets, takeoffs, and bid proposals Collaborate with operations and project management teams during preconstruction Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor Experience estimating big box retail and commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and pricing Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with estimating software and quantity takeoffs What We Offer Competitive base salary of $120K
