Job Summary:

Arizona Rain Gutters & Insulation is seeking an Estimator / Inside Sales Professional to join our team. The Estimator / Inside Sales role will be responsible for developing material, labor and equipment estimates for Thermal Insulation and Rain Gutters. The ideal candidate will have strong background in Thermal Insulation, attention to detail and thorough understanding of Residential and Commercial construction estimating processes.

Duties:

Review and qualify Invitations to Bid (ITBs) to ensure they align with company expertise and resources. Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required Prepare accurate quantity and cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment using spreadsheets Collaborate with customers, and their architects, and our internal production and outside sales teams Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) when required for specific projects Work with suppliers as needed for job quotes Create detailed estimates using takeoff software such as SquareTakeoff, On Center, Planswift, Constrcut Connect Takeoff, etc... Manage Bid Calendar to ensure that bid deadlines are met, prioritizing tasks as necessary Develop and issue Project Submittals as required by customer/architect Create change orders and provide updated cost estimates as needed Participate in pre-construction meetings to provide expertise on cost-related matters

Preferred Experience:

Proven experience in construction estimating, or related field, Ideal candidate will have a background in thermal building insulation Proficiency in using construction estimating software such asSquareTakeoff, On Center, Planswift, Constrcut Connect Takeoff, etc... Expertise with construction documents (plans and specifications) and the ability to read and interpret them accurately

Skills:

Construction experience, preferably with Thermal Building Insulation Estimating software and Microsoft Excel proficiency Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Ability to stay focused and be attentive to details under time constraints Strong written and verbal communication Skilled in time management and organization with ability to work independently and meet deadlines We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
