Team members who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, leadership, and excellent resident care may have opportunities to advance into positions such as Lead Behavior Technician, Shift Lead, House Manager, Program Coordinator, and other leadership roles as our organization expands within the community. What You'll Do Provide direct supervision and behavioral support to children/adolescents in a residential setting Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic environment Assist residents with daily living skills, coping skills, emotional regulation, and treatment goals Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans Recognize and appropriately respond to behavioral escalation and crisis situations Complete required documentation accurately and on time Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and resident rights Communicate and collaborate effectively with the clinical team, families/guardians, and other authorized providers Minimum Requirements Applicants must meet Arizona and PRH requirements for personnel working with youth in a behavioral health residential setting , including: Current Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to meet applicable fingerprint-clearance requirements before working independently with residents Ability to successfully complete required background and employment eligibility checks CPR and First Aid certification as required for the position CPI/crisis prevention and de-escalation training or willingness to successfully complete PRH-approved CPI training before independent resident care Required training related to abuse, neglect and exploitation; mandatory reporting; resident rights; confidentiality/HIPAA; emergency and safety procedures; infection control; and behavioral-health crisis response Ability to safely supervise and work with children experiencing behavioral, emotional, developmental, or mental-health challenges Ability to complete all required orientation, competency, and ongoing training Reliable attendance, professional communication, and appropriate workplace conduct Previous behavioral health, residential, group-home, child welfare, developmental disability, or youth-care experience is strongly preferred.
