We're a growing fabrication shop looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to quote custom parts and small assemblies. You'll review customer drawings and RFQs, figure out how each part gets made, and turn that into accurate, competitive quotes that win work and keep the shop profitable. What you'll do Review prints, CAD files, and RFQs to determine material, processes, and labor Build quotes covering material, cutting, forming, welding, machining, finishing, and outside services Get pricing from material suppliers and outside vendors Work with the shop floor to confirm methods and cycle times Follow up with customers on open quotes and clarify requirements Track quote history and win/loss to sharpen future pricing What we're looking for 2+ years estimating or working in metal/wood fabrication or machining Solid blueprint reading, including GD&T basics Understanding of common processes (laser/plasma cutting, press brake, welding, machining) Comfortable with spreadsheets and CAD viewers; ERP or quoting software a plus Organized, fast, and good with numbers and customers

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
