Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Field Inspector/Estimator to join our team to play a vital role in overseeing insurance inspections and assessments of properties. This position offers the opportunity to work at many different locations in the Texas panhandle. The position will expose the candidate to many different facets of the insurance claim process. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction or roofing experience with strong communication skills; both internally and forward facing. Inspection Duties Conduct comprehensive insurance inspections to verify losses at commercial properties. Analyze imperfections to interior and exteriors of buildings to determine the cause of loss; if any. Collect various data during site visits consisting of building components, building processes, and building materials Communicate with Premier HQ to properly complete job requirements and be scheduled for future jobs. Estimator Duties Estimate insurance losses using Xactimates Utilizing Inspection data and photos to draft estimates, both remotely or onsite. Complete future changes needed to estimates from updated Xactimates pricing or additional info discoved at the property.
