We specialize in system replacements, heat pumps, fireplaces, indoor air quality, and energy-efficient solutions throughout Santa Barbara County. We're not looking for a high-pressure salesperson. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys educating homeowners, communicating clearly, and helping people make smart decisions about their home. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners for HVAC and fireplace replacement consultations Guide customers through equipment options honestly and professionally Build proposals using company pricing systems and digital tools Present financing options clearly Coordinate handoffs with install and service teams Follow up on leads, estimates, and open questions Use CRM, tablets, photos, and digital workflows throughout the process

What We're Looking For Required:

HVAC sales, service, install, or related home service background Strong communication and customer-facing skills Comfortable with technology — apps, CRM systems, tablets, digital tools Organized, self-motivated, and professional Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred:
