$1000AT 6 MONTHS. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in various medical settings. As an LVN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards. Duties Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate health status. Assist with IV infusion, catheter care, and other medical procedures as required. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Support patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and mobility assistance. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies. Participate in triage and emergency response situations as needed. Ensure a safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. Requirements Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. Experience in critical care, long-term care, or assisted living environments is preferred. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth is advantageous. Knowledge of

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding and medical terminology is beneficial. Strong skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support. Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care experience. Ability to perform procedures such as venipuncture, catheterization, and specimen collection/processing.
