This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend technical expertise with leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. You will be the driving force behind accurate cost estimation, effective client negotiations, and seamless project management from inception to completion. Responsibilities Prepare detailed construction estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and site conditions using industry-standard tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam. Develop comprehensive project budgets, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements. Manage all aspects of project execution on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and safety compliance. Oversee contract administration by reviewing terms, managing change orders, and ensuring adherence to project scope and budgets. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; implement cost control measures to prevent overruns. Collaborate with design teams and clients to resolve issues promptly while maintaining high standards of construction quality and client satisfaction. Skills Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Sharpe Soft; strong experience with Bluebeam for plan review and markup. Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms. Solid understanding of construction management principles including scheduling, cost control, and safety protocols. Hands-on construction site experience with a focus on landscape or general construction projects. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately for estimating purposes. Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams effectively from start to finish. Knowledge of contracts management and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
