The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of restoration industry experience and a strong understanding of water damage, mold remediation, fire/smoke damage, contents, and repair/reconstruction . This position will oversee projects from the initial inspection and estimate through completion while maintaining strong communication with clients, property managers, technicians, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Inspect properties and assess damage to determine the appropriate scope of work. Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for restoration and repair projects. Manage projects from initial inspection through completion. Estimate and manage water, mold, fire/smoke, contents, and repair/reconstruction projects. Coordinate schedules with technicians, subcontractors, vendors, tenants, property managers, and clients. Monitor project progress, timelines, materials, and labor. Communicate project updates and changes clearly and professionally. Identify changes in scope and provide updated estimates as needed. Conduct job-site walkthroughs and inspections. Ensure work is completed according to the approved scope and company standards. Review completed work for quality and accuracy. Maintain organized project documentation, photos, estimates, and job notes. Assist with project closeout and invoicing. Provide excellent customer service throughout the project. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in the restoration industry.

- Repairs and reconstruction Experience creating restoration estimates and scopes of work.
Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Comfortable working both in an office environment and on active job sites. Proficiency with computers, email, and estimating/project management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Xactimate experience. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.). Experience working with property management companies and/or insurance claims. Construction or repair experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
