Special Education Teacher Job Description:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities. Provide differentiated instruction and support to students with diverse learning styles and abilities, including those with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or behavioral challenges. Collaborate with parents, fellow teachers, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional growth. Utilize specialized teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and adaptive materials to accommodate students' learning requirements and facilitate their progress towards educational goals.
