Summary As a Residential Sales representative at Old Guy Painting, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our painting services. Located in the Salem/Keizer, this position is essential for fostering customer relationships and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service while enhancing their living spaces. Must think like an owner and client. Responsibilities Manage and develop sales territories to maximize revenue opportunities. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Utilize Jobber to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report weekly on sales activities. Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project execution may have to act as crew leader. Final job walk and hand over job completion packet. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Think like the client. Requirements Proven experience in residential painting sales or a related construction field. Strong territory management skills with a focus on achieving sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with Jobber or similar CRM software is preferred. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly, present marketing ideas to owner. Marketing and lead generation a plus. Ability to hire and supervise third party door knockers. Outside marketing resources. Be able to use basic construction math to measure using a laser and or an app for walls, ceiling's, rooms, crown, baseboards. May have to work as the painting crew leader during a project. Need a cover letter, three references, and a letter of recommendation. Must exhibit a positive team building attitude.
