Mobile Lumber is seeking a full-time Residential/Light Commercial
OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
for the Pensacola, Florida area to sell building materials, millwork, engineered roof and floor trusses and related products to residential and commercial builders, contractors and homeowners.

MUST HAVE BUILDING MATERIALS
experience and
SALES EXPERIENCE
to be considered Strong sales background, preferably in building industry, with at least 2 years' experience. Knowledge of building materials, millwork, trusses and related products Ability to do an accurate and detailed building material take-off. Must be personable and professional, computer literate with excellent verbal communication skills, self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic. Must be a self-starter who requires limited supervision to succeed in building material and construction supply sales.
Responsibilities:
Servicing of existing sales accounts Development of potential customer business leads and opening new sales accounts Making effective building materials sales presentations, preparing building material and millwork take-offs, estimates, price quotes, and closing deals Commitment to providing superior service as a sales representative of Mobile Lumber.
Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check Must pass pre-employment drug screen Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record Demonstrated sales ability and experience
