This is a commission-only position. There is no hourly pay, salary, or guaranteed base compensation. Compensation is based on successfully awarded or closed projects.

Responsibilities:

Review plans, blueprints, specifications, and bid documents Perform accurate roofing takeoffs Prepare competitive commercial roofing estimates and proposals Estimate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs Review addenda and update bids as needed Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and project managers Assist with bid follow-ups and change orders

Qualifications:

Previous commercial roofing estimating and bidding experience required Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills Knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, metal roofing, coatings, and insulation Experience with Roofr. Strong understanding of labor, material costs, margins, and commercial bidding Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids This position is ideal for an experienced commercial roofing estimator who is comfortable working on a 100% commission basis and has the ability to prepare accurate, profitable commercial bids.
