Job Description
Job Summary We are in search of a highly driven individual to join our growing construction company. A successful Estimating/Sales Coordinator will possess a good personality, work well with all people, and have a genuine desire to serve others. The Estimating / Sales Coordinator will perform estimating, database management, and client relationship activities for various customers in need of Exterior Siding, Windows, Doors, Gutters, and Decks. No experience is required but prior construction exposure is very beneficial. Prior work in the construction industry, specifically estimating or working with and interpreting blueprints and contracts is a plus. Prior work in the Siding and Windows arena will move to the front of the line.

Solutions Focused Job Duties:
- Review Bid Documents, Site Conditions, Plans and Specifications
- Interpret and understand blueprints using company estimating software
- Create project take-offs based on plans, site-measurements, and specifications packages
- Generate estimates using takeoff quantities and pre-approved pricing
- Interface with Clients, President, Finance Sub-contractors, Suppliers and Field Managers, to deliver timely and accurate Job Cost Estimates
- Sell and Close estimates converting them to contracted work and projects
- Acquire and enter new leads into CRM database
- Maintain existing records in CRM database
- Prospect and book meetings with potential customers
- Stay apprised of relevant projects and trade organizations
- Maintain a regular flow of weekly estimates
- Send monthly marketing materials to CRM database
- Develop new relationships and generate opportunities to bid on projects
- Work with in-house teams to develop schedules on awarded projects
- Create New Customer internal accounts
- Collect and Distribute Customer / Project administration requirements
- Ensure accurate paperwork is being archived for internal company use and access
- Ensure accurate paperwork is being disseminated to field install teams
- Work to resolve any install or quantity discrepancies with various teams
- Help process change orders with Operations, Accounting, and Customers
