Position Summary As a Sales Inspector, you will perform detailed inspections of crawlspaces and basements, identify moisture and structural issues, educate homeowners on the best solutions, and prepare professional proposals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with in-home sales experience who is confident, self-motivated, and passionate about helping customers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections of crawlspaces, basements, and foundations. Identify water intrusion, structural concerns, mold, humidity, drainage, and foundation issues. Educate homeowners on recommended repair solutions without high-pressure sales tactics. Prepare accurate estimates using our CRM and proposal software. Take detailed photos and document inspection findings. Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism and integrity. Coordinate with production to ensure projects are completed as sold. Consistently achieve sales goals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience , preferably in foundation repair, waterproofing, construction, home services, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to confidently inspect crawlspaces and other confined areas. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Comfortable using tablets, CRM software, and estimating programs. Basic knowledge of residential construction or structural systems is preferred.
