This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both client interaction and technical estimating work. Responsibilities Meet with clients to assess restoration needs and generate estimates Create accurate project estimates using Xactimate and QuickBooks Present proposals and follow up to secure project approvals Build relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, and referral partners Generate new business opportunities and support company growth Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff Qualifications Experience in sales, restoration, construction, or estimating preferred Familiarity with Xactimate and/or QuickBooks strongly preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with ability to manage leads and follow-ups Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation Structure Base hourly pay: $20-$25/hour (based on experience) Commission on approved and closed projects Growth potential based on performance What We Offer Performance-based earning potential Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving restoration company
