Job Description
Seeking AutoCAD Shop Drawing Individual for Commercial Cladding Projects Raymond, NH 03077 $25
- $70 an hour
- Contract $25
- $70 an hour
- Contract This is a subcontractor/vendor relationship. Compensation is negotiated on a project-by-project basis and may be structured hourly, fixed-price, or per drawing package. Commercial Exterior Wall Panel Systems | New England Projects Facades, Inc.
- Southern NH Facades, Inc.
- Prepare and revise shop drawings for ACM panels, metal wall panels, trim, soffits, and related systems
- Assist with construction submittals and document packages
- Revise drawings based on architect and engineer comments
- Review architectural plans, specifications, and field dimensions
- Assist with panel layouts, fabrication drawings, and flashing details
- Coordinate with project managers and fabrication personnel
- Track revisions, approvals, RFIs, and drawing updates
- Support ongoing projects on an as-needed or project-by-project basis Preferred Qualifications
- Strong AutoCAD experience required
- Experience with commercial façade systems or architectural drafting preferred
- Understanding of shop drawing processes and submittals
- Ability to read construction documents and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Primary platform is AutoCAD-based 2D drafting with PDF coordination and construction submittal workflows Preferred Experience
- ACM panel systems (Alucobond, Reynobond, etc.)
- Metal wall panels
- Architectural cladding systems
- Commercial fabrication drawings
- Newforma, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with New England commercial construction projects Project & Workflow Expectations
- Consistent overflow drafting opportunities available for the right partner
- Typical projects range from small revisions to full panel drawing packages
- Deadlines may vary from several days to several weeks depending on project scope
