is seeking an experienced AutoCAD drafting subcontractor or drafting partner to assist with commercial exterior wall panel shop drawings, fabrication layouts, and construction submittals throughout New England. We are looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can provide consistent overflow drafting support and help our team maintain accurate, organized, and timely project documentation. We are particularly interested in firms or individuals with prior experience producing fabrication-ready shop drawings for ACM panel and metal wall panel systems. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced AutoCAD professional familiar with commercial construction, architectural drafting, or exterior cladding systems. Typical workload may range from 40-120 drafting hours per month, with occasional larger projects requiring full shop drawing packages. Scope of Work

• Prepare and revise shop drawings for ACM panels, metal wall panels, trim, soffits, and related systems
• Assist with construction submittals and document packages
• Revise drawings based on architect and engineer comments
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and field dimensions
• Assist with panel layouts, fabrication drawings, and flashing details
• Coordinate with project managers and fabrication personnel
• Track revisions, approvals, RFIs, and drawing updates
• Support ongoing projects on an as-needed or project-by-project basis Preferred Qualifications
• Strong AutoCAD experience required
• Experience with commercial façade systems or architectural drafting preferred
• Understanding of shop drawing processes and submittals
• Ability to read construction documents and specifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Primary platform is AutoCAD-based 2D drafting with PDF coordination and construction submittal workflows Preferred Experience
• ACM panel systems (Alucobond, Reynobond, etc.)
• Metal wall panels
• Architectural cladding systems
• Commercial fabrication drawings
• Newforma, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with New England commercial construction projects Project & Workflow Expectations
• Consistent overflow drafting opportunities available for the right partner
• Typical projects range from small revisions to full panel drawing packages
• Deadlines may vary from several days to several weeks depending on project scope
