Senior Estimator

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our Business Development team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing bids, and supporting project execution from preconstruction through completion. The Estimator also plays a key role in driving new business, building client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates based on plans, specifications, and project requirements Manage RFPs, RFQs, and bidding processes from start to finish Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Develop proposals and communicate bids to clients Support project setup, budgeting, and change order management Build and maintain strong client relationships Meet or exceed annual sales targets (goal: $2M+) Conduct job walks, site visits, and project evaluations Ensure compliance with all bidding and safety requirements Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in construction estimating or related field Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar) and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Work Environment Full-time position Start time between 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM Regular site visits and collaboration with field and project teams Why Join Us Join a growing team where your work directly impacts project success and business growth. Pay:

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
