We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable part-time construction salesperson who has a strong construction background to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Construction Service Salesperson at New Age Contractors, you will leverage your expertise in the field to connect with potential and current clients. Your role will involve meeting with new and existing clients to understand their needs and providing tailored proposals and estimates for our services. These services may include, repairing a fence, replacing drywall, repairing decking and rails, installing a kitchen hood vent and backsplash, just for some examples. Requirements Interior and Exterior Construction Sales Experience is Required Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening Pass Background Check Provide 10 Year Driving Record Valid Driver's License Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge on how to use an iPad and edit photos for estimating purposes Comfortable using

Estimating and Salesforce Software BuilderTrend Key Responsibilities:

Meet with potential and current clients to discuss their construction service needs. Prepare detailed proposals and estimates, including a list of materials and labor hours required for each project. Collaborate with the NAC team to ensure accurate project scope and client satisfaction. Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their questions are answered and their needs are met.

Qualifications:

Strong background in the construction field, with experience in both interior and exterior repairs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Efficient Time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour.
