Experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager in Rapid City, SD Join Our Team! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Estimator/ Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. If you have a strong background in electrical estimating, project management, and client relations, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Manage projects from award through closeout Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Monitor project budgets, schedules, and profitability Process change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Negotiate contracts and procure materials Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Job Requirements
  • Must have experience in electrical estimating
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license
