Job Description Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for commercial construction projects Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to ensure scope completeness Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor bids Develop conceptual, schematic, and GMP-level budgets Participate in value engineering and cost optimization exercises Collaborate with project management and operations teams during preconstruction Maintain historical cost data and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
