Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation's premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an Electrical Estimator in Nashville, TN.
Electrical Estimator Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation for the Electrical Estimator is depending on experience, and can range between $110,000.00 and $145,000.00, with total compensation far exceeding the annual base salary. Competitive base salary Industry leading annual bonus Comprehensive health benefits package

Electrical Estimator Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely commercial construction project estimates for electrical scopes. Identify and compute labor, material, and time costs from proposals, blueprints, and specifications Visit project sites and attend pre-bid meetings to understand site conditions and scope requirements Review and analyze plans and specifications Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for electrical scope Collaborate with estimating team to build complete estimates and pricing Develop preliminary project schedules Coordinate with project management and operations on estimate implementation Maintain organized project files and bid documentation Track and update estimating databases Be a productive member of the
Estimating Team Electrical Estimator Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required Minimum 3+ years of commercial construction experience with public, private, or federal projects required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong prioritization and organizational abilities with attention to detail Proficiency with Cost-OS, OST, and Planswift estimating software required Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel, and Word Well-rounded knowledge of construction disciplines Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Preferred but
Not Necessary:
Commercial electrical estimating experience 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Familiarity with additional estimating platforms Project management software experience Background in data center, high-rise, retail, industrial, or federal construction Experience across multiple project types #BASE1
