Job Duties and Responsibilities Setup and Maintenance of all part numbers in MRP system including but not limited to BOM's, Routings, Costs, Standards, Labor and Overhead. Responsible for quoting of all new parts and Engineering changes within deadlines. Maintenance and updating of all ECN's/PLM requests. Audit for proper cycle times, machine and labor. Lead team feasibility studies for new parts/this includes material quotes, working with engineering to get tooling quotes, all while using the current overhead standards in the system. Setup for all Sample and PPAP parts in MRP. Entering of Manufacturing build requirements and product process flow functionality of MRP system and interaction of various processes. Prepare estimates of new or proposed product costs. Month end quoting reports. Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager to support departmental or organizational needs. Education and Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of Manufacturing/Engineering or Industrial Engineering experience preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time Ability to work under and meet deadline constraints Ability to work flexible schedule as work load dictates Detail oriented with strong analytical skills Must understand the manufacturing systems and the parameters needed to accurately track and measure performance for a given part Good communication skills to communicate with customers, suppliers, and Dana personnel Continuous improvement mindset Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer specifications, technical procedures, and regulations Familiar with or able to learn PLM Ability to learn customer databases Ability to do mathematical conversions using multiple units of measure Proficient in Microsoft Excel/SAP/PLM/Autocad We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
