Join a growing builder with a strong renovation pipeline Own high-profile Class A office improvement projects About Our Client Our client is a respected commercial construction business with a strong reputation for delivering complex renovation, tenant improvement, and interior construction projects. Job Description Reporting into senior preconstruction leadership, the Estimator will play a key role in securing and delivering successful projects. Prepare detailed conceptual, schematic, and hard bid estimates Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to develop accurate pricing Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions Collaborate with operations, project management, and field teams during preconstruction Manage bid submissions and ensure deadlines are met Support client relationship management throughout the estimating process MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
