Job Description Reporting into preconstruction leadership, the Estimator will be responsible for driving the estimating process from initial concept through bid submission. Prepare detailed estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate pricing Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals Develop budgets, quantity takeoffs, and conceptual estimates Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions Partner with project management and operations teams during preconstruction Support client presentations and bid submissions MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
