ESTIMATOR

(Commercial Construction) Award Winning and growing General Contractor in the Austin Metro is seeking to fill some key positions. They like to separate themselves from competition, good company, good stable work, good employee base. They offer Construction Mgmt Services, Construction, Project Planning and Maintenance Services. They offer self-perform, Concept to Completion and works primarily within Central Texas. Their a progressive commercial construction client with 40yrs experience in Commercial Ground Up

• Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, and also Concrete
• Self Performs Civil and Commercial Concrete needs: Flatwork, Precast, Structural, Excavation, plus 3+yrs Commercial Ground Up Projects Large Scale Commercial Ground Up Projects $30MIL to $250MIL Commercial Ground Up
• Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, no high-rise, no multi family Local work, home nights.

Try to limit to 5 day/ 40-50hr work week. If need to work Saturdays Company has a charitable foundation giving back from within and outside within the community for 40yrs working with charitable organizations withing the Austin Metro.
