$42,000 - $50,000 per year Plus Commission (estimated at 15k-25k per year)Experience:

Masonry Estimator Responsibilities- Prepare accurate estimates and bids for masonry, brick, CMU, and stone projects.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and project documents.
- Perform material and labor takeoffs.
- Obtain and compare material and subcontractor pricing.
- Develop detailed project proposals and scopes of work.
- Coordinate with suppliers, General Contractors, and project managers.
- Track bids, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Identify potential project risks, exclusions, and cost changes.
- Maintain organized estimating records and pricing information. Requirements
- 2+ years of masonry or construction estimating experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of brick, CMU, manufactured stone, and cast stone.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of masonry materials, labor, and production rates.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
