$42,000 - $50,000 per year Plus Commission (estimated at 15k-25k per year)

2+ years preferred

Position:

Masonry Estimator Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates and bids for masonry, brick, CMU, and stone projects.
Review construction plans, specifications, and project documents.
Perform material and labor takeoffs.
Obtain and compare material and subcontractor pricing.
Develop detailed project proposals and scopes of work.
Coordinate with suppliers, General Contractors, and project managers.
Track bids, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Identify potential project risks, exclusions, and cost changes.
Maintain organized estimating records and pricing information. Requirements
2+ years of masonry or construction estimating experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of brick, CMU, manufactured stone, and cast stone.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of masonry materials, labor, and production rates.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
