Senior Commercial Electrical Estimator Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Estimator to join a growing team in Corpus Christi, TX . The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial or industrial electrical estimating and project management , with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate, timely estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs for commercial electrical projects Develop detailed and competitive project estimates Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors (submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.) Manage and track change orders throughout project lifecycle Review drawings, specifications, and project documents thoroughly Respond promptly to client, vendor, and internal communications Maintain organized documentation and project records

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in electrical estimating or project management Strong experience with commercial or industrial construction projects Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Experience with digital take-off tools (Viewpoint or similar preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and time management abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:
