Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial painting projects based on client specifications and site assessments. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work and materials needed. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to gather necessary information and ensure estimates are comprehensive. Provide timely proposals and follow up to secure project approvals. Monitor project progress and update estimates as needed to reflect changes or additional work.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and industry standards.
