Construction renovation estimator, this position is for our Commercial and Multi family. Estimator will be in-charge of the project form start to finish, go out to the project meet with client and asses their needs. Then put together the scope of work needed including, full take off of materials, labor, crews needed, and equipment. Cost analysis and create a full budget. Bid solicitation gather all cost for entire job, subcontractors, and materials. Budget you will collaborate with all PMs and subs to insure project is on budget, along with keeping track of all materials used. You will assist accounting with down payments progress payments and completion payments. Minimum of 3 years experience. Strong ability in all aspects of the construction business. Must have excellent communication skills, negotiating with subs, vendors, clients and field teams.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
