Job Description
Job Overview Performing earthwork takeoffs with Agtek software, Interpret Geotech Reports & Plans, Soliciting Vendor & Subcontractor quotes. Using the information to create bid proposals. Communicating with internal team and clients on a daily basis.
Salary Range:
$80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Requirements 3-5 years of experience estimating earthwork, excavation, or site development projects. Ability to read civil plans and understand grading and drainage. Knowledge of equipment production rates and construction methods. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication. Experience with digital takeoff software and Excel preferred. Responsibilities Review plans, specifications, and bid documents. Complete earthwork takeoffs, including cut/fill quantities, grading, excavation, and hauling. Estimate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes. Prepare proposals and coordinate project handoffs with field operations.Benefits
