Full Job Description Job Scope:

This position will require someone to work closely with field representatives, insurance adjusters, clients, customers and all parties involved in claims remediation to produce accurate estimates for damage assessments and carrier loss evaluations. This position is highly proficient in Xactimate Sketch. This position will be responsible for creating and managing estimates for residential, commercial lines of business.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and develop insurance and non-insurance estimates using field inspection documentation, photographs and scope sheets. Inspect prospective projects and provide a detailed and accurate scope of work and estimate to clients, adjusters or lenders. Develop estimates including creation of detailed and accurate diagrams in Xactimate Sketch along with detailed line items in Xactimate to submit for insurance and client review. Negotiate and obtain agreed upon pricing to secure contracts with clientele. Consistently identify potential site hazards (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc). Submit estimates in a timely manner determined by company requirements. Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, etc. regarding the estimate or scope of work needed. Establish and maintain local area clientele in position to refer losses. Clientele is primarily insurance adjusters but may also include community business owners, property owners, etc. Apply industry TPA Program standards and ensure compliance with requirements. Act as a sales manager while on site. Accurately scope projects with few over/under scopes and/or TPA and insurance rejections. Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills to receive awarded projects at the best profit margins possible. Meets restoration yearly and quarterly sales requirements. Manage and update multiple project estimates simultaneously utilizing TPA carrier programs and internal company software. Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must exhibit strong working knowledge of Xactimate, Microsoft Office, Restoration Job Processing Software, and Insurance Restoration Claims Programs (3+ Years preferred). Experience estimating within the insurance restoration industry such as: Post reconstruction from water, fire and storm damage. Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices. Attention to detail Professional demeanor Excellent telephone skills. Strong analytical, quantitative and time management and multi-tasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Extensive knowledge and understanding of construction and the components that make up building a structure
