•Commercial Construction is a great opportunity to help drive bids from takeoff through labor calculations, with a collaborative culture and accessible leadership. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator
•Commercial Construction position include: 5+ years of electrical estimating experience (less may be considered for an outstanding candidate) Commercial electrical estimating experience and strong electrical knowledge to estimate independently Must have experience with Accubid (or similar platforms such as ConEst) Ability to complete takeoffs and labor calculations accurately Prepare complete commercial estimates from takeoff through labor calculations Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate estimates Support bids for commercial projects including schools, offices, retail, and light industrial work Handoff clean estimate details to the project management team after award
Salary:
$100K
•150K per year plus bonuses, commensurate with experience.
