Metal Roofing Sales Representative / Estimator Top Of The Line Metal Roofing LLC is looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Estimator to help grow our metal roofing business in San Antonio and surrounding areas. This is a commission-based position for someone who is comfortable meeting customers, generating their own sales opportunities, preparing estimates, following up with prospects, and closing projects. Compensation 50% of gross profit on self-generated and successfully closed projects Uncapped commission No guaranteed base salary Flexible schedule Earnings depend on individual sales performance Responsibilities Generate your own roofing leads and customers Meet with homeowners and potential clients Inspect and measure roofs Prepare estimates using company pricing guidelines Explain metal roofing options and project details Follow up with prospects Close roofing projects Maintain professional communication with customers Qualifications Roofing, construction, sales, or estimating experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn our estimating and pricing process Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Reliable transportation Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers in person Bilingual English/Spanish preferred About Us Top Of The Line Metal Roofing LLC specializes in metal roofing, including standing seam roofing systems.
