Sr. Millwork Estimator

Millwork Estimator position include:

2+ years of experience in construction estimating, drafting, or a related field Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction specifications Perform millwork take-offs and scope definition including cabinets, countertops, panels, desks, and specialty components Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing proposals based on labor and material costs Utilize Bluebeam Revu for digital takeoffs and work with software such as PlanSwift, Project Pak, and Microsoft Office Communicate with subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate pricing and clarify scope details Collaborate with senior estimators, drafting, purchasing staff, and leadership to validate pricing assumptions Maintain organized proposal documentation including clarifications, exclusions, and assumptions for each estimate

Salary :

$70,000 - $88,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
