Superior Water Restoration is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager / Estimator . This role involves project management, estimating, customer service, documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure successful job execution from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and send bids/estimates using DASH software according to industry standards. Follow up with insurance companies on estimates and provide excellent customer service to homeowners. Manage bid flow and communicate status updates to supervisors and team members. Oversee project budgeting, vendor/subcontractor pricing, scope of work, and scheduling. Coordinate between clients and subcontractors to maintain an efficient project timeline. Maintain high levels of communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal supervisors. Perform job walks with clients and subcontractors before, during, and before closing out the project. Conduct weekly job costing , including tracking receipts, invoices, and all expenses assigned to each job. Use CRMs and company software to keep all project information up to date. Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and participate in internal meetings. Maintain organized documentation to track project progress and gross profit. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule , including occasional weekends or after-hours shifts. Find and curate your own relationships with subcontractors Maintain vendor accounts and insurance relationships

Qualifications:
Experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration (preferred) Valid driver's license Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
