Sales Estimator Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$55,000 - $65,000

Full Benefits Package Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing accurate quotations and estimates for electrical switchgear and medium-voltage power distribution products. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret specifications, electrical schematics, and single-line diagrams and translate customer requirements into competitive quotations. This is an office-based role with no cold calling and no direct customer sales responsibilities . You will work alongside a great team in a relaxed environment where self-motivation and attention to detail are key to success. Responsibilities Prepare quotations and cost estimates for electrical switchgear and related products. Read and interpret customer specifications, single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and project requirements. Develop bills of materials (BOMs) and pricing calculations to support estimates. Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure quote accuracy. Track submitted bids and monitor project opportunities. Review sales orders and project documentation for accuracy and compliance. Research industry standards, product requirements, and pricing information. Maintain estimating records and support continuous improvement of estimating processes. Qualifications Experience in estimating, quoting, pricing, or inside sales support within electrical, industrial, or manufacturing environments. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and single-line diagrams. Working knowledge of medium-voltage power distribution products and switchgear preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research tools. Typing speed of at least 30 WPM. Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, CAD software, and
ISO 9001
standards is a plus. Korean language skills are highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
