Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our commercial interior finishes team in Salt Lake City. This position will work closely with Senior Estimators and Business Development to support project bidding, preconstruction, and business growth.
Prepare budgets, quotes, conceptual proposals, and bids.
Perform quantity take-offs for cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, bath accessories, and other interior finishes.
Support preconstruction through value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, and long-lead item identification.
Coordinate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, owners, architects, and designers.
Manage multiple projects and consistently meet bid deadlines.
Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Review plans, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate cost, labor, and material estimates.Prepare budgets, quotes, conceptual proposals, and bids.

What We're Looking For:
2+ years of commercial construction experience.2+ years of estimating experience or a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
