The Provisioning Operational Support Specialist is responsible for the overall Onboard Services at Breeze Airways. This role will be responsible for provisioning pack out strategy, payment device management, developing Breeze Airways Onboard Service and Procedures including the service manual, communicating service needs and adjustments, analyzing data to enhance service and our Buy on Board program. This position will report to the Manager Provisioning Strategy. Here's what you'll do Tracks and manages payment device distribution, collection, device performance, and liaises with payment device business partner Collaborate with Inflight Team Members to track and respond to provisioning discrepancies Partner with the Manager of Onboard Service and Provisioning to track onboard sales and overall provisioning program performance Partner with Operations Control Center to respond to real time provisioning concerns Partner with Business Partners to ensure adequate inventory of snacks and supplies. Order provisioning items as needed. Conduct sight visits to kitchen locations to ensure Business Partner compliance to Breeze Policies and Procedures. Collaborate with Marketing Department on product development and product testing. Focus on safety and security throughout the Provisioning design and operations Partner with the Provisioning Business Partners to create aircraft stowage and galley packing diagrams for both normal and surge operations Establish and maintain productive relationships with operational and non-operational Team Members (e.g. Airport Stations, Flight Operations, Marketing, Finance, Safety, Security, Technical Operations, Crew Resources, Team Services, FAA, OSHA, and Business Partners) to ensure proper protocol adherence Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Airways Core Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence Other duties as assigned by the Manager Provisioning Strategy Here's what you need to be successful Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) 2+ years' experience operations centric role Willingness to travel (up to 30%) Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Must possess a valid passport Preferred Qualifications Thorough knowledge of provisioning operations and food processing/handling Knowledge of high-level hospitality Understanding of a Flight Attendant's role and daily job duties Knowledge of different airline disciplines Experience driving innovation Airport operations or station operations experience Skills/Talents Ability to work with confidential material Superior problem solving, planning, organizational and analytical skills Must have strong business acumen and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills applicable to a diverse work group Excellent computer skills with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be able to convey a professional image with the ability to communicate comfortably with all levels within the organization Must be able to present complex material in a concise but comprehensive manner to all decision-makers Must be a strong team player, detail-oriented, and perform well under pressure Expected to think and act creatively to solve for constraints in the name of what is best for the Breeze Guests Must be able to develop a vision, strategy, and objectives for their area of responsibilities Ability to effectively manage and deliver on multiple competing priorities and projects at once within strict deadlines and with limited resources Must be a self-starter, have a positive attitude, and possess a strong desire for success Exemplifies Breeze's safety culture, values, and mission Physical Demands & Working Conditions Stand and walk for extended periods, often for the majority of a shift Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds, and up to 70 pounds when handling baggage Regularly bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs or jet bridges Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to varying temperatures, weather, and elevated noise levels Frequent use of hands and arms to handle bags, equipment, and mobility devices Ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly in operational or emergency situations Perks of the Job Health, Vision and Dental Health Savings Account with Breeze Employee Match 401K with Breeze Employee Match Generous PTO Travel on Breeze and other Airlines too!
