full-time CO Building Systems in Ephraim, Utah is seeking individuals to work as project managers, estimators, and to handle sales calls for customers seeking pre-fabricated metal buildings and/or products offered by CO Building Systems. Project manager/salesman will be responsible to ascertain customer needs and work to ensure those needs can be met by CO Building Systems' products and services. Project manager/salesman will act as the primary portal for information flow between customer and CO Building Systems' design and detailing team.

Salesperson duties include:

• Generating new customer sales through cold calling, email, and other forms of contact
• Managing relationships with current customers and clients
• Presenting information and proposals to current and/or potential clients and customers
• Completing monthly sales reports
• Developing a goal-oriented sales action plan
• Any other duties as assigned Applicants should possess the following:
• Excellent customer service skills

• 3-5 years of construction or sales experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Sales, or Marketing is preferred but not required
• Understanding of basic construction

• Multi-tasking skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Google Calendar
