Assist in the full estimating process for assigned projects for the full lifecycle of preconstruction, from concept through final bid Interpret the construction plans, specifications Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost analysis Review subcontractor and supplier proposals for scope alignment Prepare bid schedules, clarifications, and value engineering options Bid-Day Management & Submission, direct bid day operations, clarifications, last minute scope gap closure and final risk/margin decisions Coordinate with operations and project management teams during handoff Maintain estimating database, historical pricing, and cost benchmarking

Experience as a Construction Estimator (commercial construction preferred) Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
