Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate takeoffs on multiple scopes Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. Analyze project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project success. Review and interpret plans/specifications and technical documents. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing.

Qualifications:

Construction Management Degree or equal. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
