Position Summary:

As a Remodeling Estimator, you will be responsible for visiting clients and assessing project requirements, providing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring a seamless process from initial consultation to project completion. Your expertise will guide clients in making informed decisions and help us deliver exceptional service.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site assessments and measurements to understand project scope and requirements Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment Collaborate with clients to discuss project goals, budgets, and timelines If needed, review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment Monitor project progress and update estimates as needed Identify and mitigate potential project risks Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly Maintain detailed records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation Proven experience as an Estimator in the home improvement or construction industry Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Valid driver's license
