REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years experience in fabrication industry or related field, Millwork, Construction Proficient with Office 365, specifically Excel. Knowledge of ERP's. Explus uses ECPI's M1 program. Must have +2 years of experience in estimating projects. Media/AV estimating experience. Exhibit, trade show, theater set, fabrication experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be computer literate for at least 5 years. Must have previous experience in estimating projects. Must read and write English at the college level. Must be organized, quality-conscious, detail-oriented, Ability to manage multiple projects, take initiative in solving problems, and interact with co-workers, vendors and clients.

JOB TASKS AND DUTIES

Written Communications--business emails, proposals, and scopes of work. Requires identification and estimating of cabinetry, cases (acrylic and glass), graphics, lighting, painting, metal fabrication, conceptual design, detailing, interactives, 3D Printing, audio-visual equipment and production Sourcing, vendor/subcontractor qualifications, subcontractor estimates. Assist in development of contract exceptions, scope of work, value engineering, preparation of copy for proposals, and other company protections.

Data gathering:

Assist in the gathering of data and info that will aid in bid analysis and improve future pricing. Compensation is based on experience.

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
