Estimator

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of all divisions of Commercial, Industrial and Residential construction projects. That experience would include but not limited to: All divisions under General Contracting scope , Industrial piping systems, millwright work, Structural steel fabrication and components .This candidate will assist in ensuring that projects are constructed in a professional manner, with emphasis on craftsmanship, quality and budget. A major part of this candidate's responsibility will be in helping the Director of Operations/ Senior PM estimate smaller day to day projects and estimating larger projects. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently with training provided for the proper candidate Salary range is 40-70k based on experience, , Paid insurance for the employee only, (family plans available) and other competitive benefits packages.
